Access model
- Restricted docs access is role-based and tied to authenticated reviewer identities.
- NDA confirmation is required before restricted operational/compliance scope is granted.
- Least privilege is applied to all reviewer access assignments.
Review and lifecycle
- Reviewer access is granted for scoped due-diligence windows.
- Access is re-evaluated when review windows close or contractual context changes.
- Role changes are auditable through admin workflows.

- Review completion
- NDA expiration or termination
- Security concern requiring immediate scope reduction
